How it works
- Select your country: if your country isn't approved yet, we'll let you know and log a request for the site owner to look into adding it — check back later.
- Create your syndicate: sign up, name your syndicate, and set your rules.
- Invite your members: share a link.
- Log draws & contributions: record ticket purchases with photo proof. Members pay into the syndicate's bank account, managed by one of the members.
- Enter results: we calculate each member's share and update balances automatically.
Some important information
This website does not hold any money — it's for record-keeping only, to make it easy to manage your syndicate. You'll need your own bank account for the group. We never receive money from members; we just track how much each member has in the syndicate's account.
There's a free 60-day trial for every new syndicate. After that, a small monthly fee (billed yearly) applies per syndicate — the exact amount and the minimum age to join depend on your country, and we'll show both once you select it.
Sample Syndicate Agreement (template)
When you create a syndicate you'll set your own rules. Here's the kind of thing a good agreement covers — you can use this as a starting template:
1. Prize sharing & membership
- Prize money is shared equally among the members who entered that draw
- Minimum age to join, based on your country
- Procedures if a member cannot contribute for a draw
- Rules for members who leave or join the syndicate, and what happens if it closes
- Exceptions for members who are sick, on holiday, or forget to pay
- How disagreements between members are resolved
- Record-keeping responsibilities and communication methods
2. Contributions & ticket management
- Collect contributions before purchasing tickets so everyone is included
- Keep accurate records of payments and tickets purchased
- Check numbers carefully after each draw via official lottery channels
3. Prize distribution
- Prizes are distributed according to the syndicate agreement
- No money is paid out while a dispute is unresolved
- The person who buys the tickets holds the legal claim, but the agreement ensures fair distribution among members
4. Legal considerations
- Syndicates buying tickets from an official lottery and sharing winnings need no license
- Keep the syndicate private (not open to the public) to avoid promoter rules
5. Communication & record-keeping
- Maintain regular communication to keep members involved
- Track all winnings, payments, and ticket details
