Cookie Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between visits — like keeping you signed in — so you don't have to re-enter information every time. This policy explains how Lotto Syndicate Manager ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies on lottosyndicatemanager.com (the "Service").
2. How We Use Cookies
We keep this deliberately minimal. We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to protect your account with security checks built into our login system. We don't use cookies for advertising, and we don't run any analytics, tracking, or personalization cookies on the Service.
3. Cookies We Use
Essential cookies— strictly necessary for the Service to function. These can't be disabled without breaking the ability to log in.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in between visits | 30 days |
| authjs.csrf-token | Security protection against cross-site request forgery | Session (until browser closes) |
We don't currently use any functional (preferences/theme), analytics, or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, we'll update this policy first.
4. Third-Party Cookies
When you're redirected to PayPal to approve a subscription payment, PayPal's own site (paypal.com) may set its own cookies under its own privacy and cookie policies — we have no control over those, and they're not set on lottosyndicatemanager.com. We don't use any other third-party cookies (no analytics providers, no advertising networks, no support-chat widgets).
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Because we only use essential cookies that are strictly necessary to run the Service, we don't show a cookie consent banner — there's nothing non-essential to opt in or out of. You can still block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
6. What Happens If You Disable Cookies
Since the only cookies we use are essential ones, blocking them means you won't be able to log in or stay signed in to the Service. There's no partial-functionality mode, because there aren't any optional cookies to fall back from.
7. Updates to This Policy
If we ever start using additional cookies (for example, if we add analytics in the future), we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
